Welcome to our hospitality Voice AI demonstration site. Showcasing the “art of possible” for the hospitality industry.
Our Voice AI demos are powered by Mitel Workflow Studio. Allowing you to automate routine tasks, freeing up your staff time to focus their efforts on guest satisfaction.
Useful technology adding to the client experience, reducing errors, speeding up mundane tasks and delivering better customer service.
The demos simulate certain instances that involve customer interaction. Some will ask you for some demo data to work with as we’re not connected to a live front of house system.
The interactive voice demos allow you to call a UK number and experience the use-case. Simply dial the number and pretend you have the use-case issue. Simple!
In this demo we take you on a journey. Imagine, a guest has just booked a room at your facility. Workflow Studio will automate a series of contacts with you for confirmation, upsell and information related to your stay.
In production Workflow Studio will be connected to your booking or front of house systems, so the “real” automation will not require the input of any data.
The demo, on the next page, will demonstrate a journey from just after a booking has taken place, through to the last contact some days after the customer has checked out.
We’re not trying to pretend we’re a hotel, rather we demonstrate the automations that you can put in place.
For the demo we are using Voice AI, email and SMS. But you could use social media, web chat and other modes of communication in production.

In production Workflow Studio will be connected to your front of house systems and telephony platform, so the “real” automation will not require the additional detail we ask for – in this case it’s just your first name.
